Thomas graduated from UNC-CH in 1984 with a degree in Journalism and Advertising. He started an ad agency, “Advertising Alternatives”, and a printing company, “A Better Image Printing” here in Chapel Hill before going into Real Estate and becoming a partner in “Weaver Street Realty.” He has since worked in property management and became a licensed appraiser. Tom’s experience in Real Estate, Appraisal, Property Management, and Local Project Management provides communities with expert advice with lots of Carrboro flavor. Cyndi Whisnant – Broker/Owner/REALTOR®
Cyndi met Tom in school at UNC-CH in the Carolina Choir and together they began several businesses, got married and had two wonderful children. She has worked as Director of Marketing and Director of Communications for a number of for-profit and non-profit organizations and most recently was the Director of Events for Extraordinary Ventures in Chapel Hill. Cyndi has a great deal of expertise in communications, events, marketing, real estate and singing jazz standards.
